Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
Delivery charges for goods shipped to Mainland UK will be quoted at time of order placement. International delivery charges will be based upon the best prices available to us. Clients may arrange collection of goods, in which case no delivery charge will be made. In some cases, overseas clients may be requested to arrange collection and transportation of their ordered items.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Acceptance of your order constitutes a binding legal contract.
Cancellation right

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Sale and Purchase
We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Price
All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
Delivery charges for goods shipped to Mainland UK will be quoted at time of order placement. International delivery charges will be based upon the best prices available to us and will be confirmed by email before shipment made. Once you have accepted our quotation by email a contract is formed between us.
Clients way arrange collection of any goods, in which case no delivery charge will be made. In some cases, overseas clients may be requested to arrange collection and transportation of their ordered items.
Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.
Payment
Heating World Group Limited charge your payment card at the time of our acceptance of your order. The price ruling, at the time of acceptance of order, will be held over if subsequently a price increase is introduced.
Payment must be made in pounds Sterling only by major credit or debit cards as listed:
Visa, Delta, Master Card, Switch, Electron, Solo unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Passing of Property
We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us.
Passing of Risk
The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery, as set out in paragraph 6.3 below.
Delivery
Most products are sent by courier. Unless we agree otherwise your first order will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/received.
Acceptance
You will inspect products within 48 hours after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
Faulty Items
Items faulty at the point of sale
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components.
For items to be returned more than six months after the time of purchase the same above applies but in addition, evidence of fault at the time of sale will be required.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging. The produce must be adequately packed to ensure protection and the item must be in merchantable condition. If the product is returned damaged for whatever reason (i.e. damage in transit) Heating World Group Limited does not accept responsibility to effect a remedy. Details of such damage will be advised to out customer.
Faults occurring within the warranty period
Most items sold by Heating World Group Limited come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased. Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Labour and associated costs are expressly not covered by its manufacturer warranty. Liability is limited to replacement of the item or components only.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
In accepting this agreement you declare that you are over 18 years of age.
In this agreement, we/us/our denotes Heating World Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company NUMBER 2335161 and whose postal address is Excelsior Works, Eyre Street, Birmingham B18 7AD.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment had been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order constitutes and forms a legally binding contract between us.
The Goods
The goods are displayed on our website.
Pictures, dimensions and other informative details are approximate only.
The specifications of goods delivered to you may vary slightly from those given on our website.
In the case of custom made goods, it is your responsibility to provide us with the specifications that you require.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in goods ordered by you, if such defect is a result of any drawing, design or specification supplied by you.
Electric Usage
In electric usage the output is limited by the wattage of the element which is sized according to the type of rail and may be approximately 75, 100, 150, 250, 300, 400 or 500 watts. Most elements supplied encapsulate an operating thermostat at 70°C + or –5%. An additional thermal fuse cuts the element out in the unlikely event that the temperature rises to 90°C. In all cases the mission capability of each rail is greater than the maximum output of the element. Electric and Dual-Fuel – socket on the right hand side unless ordered otherwise.
De-Zincification
Please note that on direct heating systems, in certain aggressive water conditions or where a water softener is installed, dezincification of the brass may occur. De-zincification resistant material (special 70/30 arsenical brass) is available for these systems at extra charge.
Price
The price payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. Where goods are made to your specifications, the price for the goods will be notified to you separately by either e-mail or post. All prices are stated in pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed.

Right For You To Cancel Your Contract
You may not cancel your order once your order has been accepted unless cancellation has been agreed in writing with us. No cancellation will be accepted for bespoke or special specification items.
Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
The product ordered has gone out of production
Delivery to your address cannot be arranged by normal transport companies or methods.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed or at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information or quoted provided by us.
Delivery of Goods To You
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you provide for delivery at the time you place your order
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Special delivery arrangements such as special packaging may be agreed with us at the time of making your offer to purchase goods. The cost of this will be charged to you at cost plus handling and administration charges.
Warranty And Liability
We will repair or replace free of charge goods or any part of such goods which are defective due to defective materials or workmanship only provided.
We receive forthwith on the defect being ascertained notice of the defect, and such defect has arisen within twelve months from the date of purchase and the goods are returned to us by you within twelve months from the date of purchase;
We are satisfied that the defect in the Goods is not due to wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper operation, neglect, failure due to incorrect installation or installation by unqualified persons; and
The goods have not been altered or used for any purpose other than those for which the Goods are reasonably suitable.
Warranty is restricted expressly to the product or components thereof and associated labour charges are excluded and are not accepted under any circumstances. Remedy will, however, be made as quickly as possible.
We will not be responsible for any delay in repairing defective parts nor for any consequential loss sustained by you by reason of such defects.
If the Goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing by e-mail or at our contact address of the problem within 48 hours of the delivery of the goods in question.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business of goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under these conditions and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain goods of ours being sent to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that all goods should be suitably specified for the system type to be installed on. In areas where aggressive water prevails or where a water softener is installed the use of dezinctification resistant materials would be advised. We recommend that this is checked with the heating installer or local water authority because we accept no responsibility for premature failure due to corrosion.
Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We reserve the right to amend your order should we deem it reasonably necessary to do so provided always that any substitute goods are not materially different in nature and quality from the goods ordered by you.
Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to us by e-mail or post to our contact address above and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, director, employees or representatives, as person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
